| The apartment is located in the Ciutat Vella area, which is the oldest part of the town. Going down to the sea, you will be able to admire the typical living statues of the famous Ramblas, and some other artistic performances. In the very famous Gothic Quarter, right in the heart of Ciutat Vella, you will find many shops and will be able to admire the Cathedral of Barcelona, the Plaza Real and Plaza Sant Jaume, Plaza Catalunya and also the Opera theatre El Liceu. The picturesque and mainly pedestrian streets, are surrounded by small shops and famous traditional tapas bars. It is located just three blocks away from the old docks, which are now the site of a great entertainment mall, the “Maremagnum” and the yacht and pleasure boat port.
